Refunds, Returns, and No-Show Policies

At Care Nashville, we are committed to providing exceptional services and products to enhance
your well-being and satisfaction. We understand that there may be instances where you may
need to seek a refund or return. Please read the following policy carefully to understand our
guidelines:

1. Services Refund Policy:
● No refunds on services: Due to the nature of our personalized and non-transferable services, we do not offer refunds for completed services.

● Consultation Fees: Any consultation fees are non-refundable, as they cover the time and expertise of our licensed professionals.

2. Product Returns Policy:

● Returns within 30 days: If you are not satisfied with a retail product purchased from us, you may return it within 30 days of the original purchase date.

● Condition of returned products: Returned products must be in their original packaging, unopened, and in new condition.

● Refund process: Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process the refund to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. Refund for Defective Products:

● Defective products: In the rare event that you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately. We will provide instructions for returning the item, and upon verification, we will either replace the product or issue a refund.

4. Booking and Cancellation Policy:

● Appointment cancellations: We understand that circumstances may require appointment rescheduling or cancellation. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for any changes to scheduled appointments.

● Late cancellations/No-shows: A fee may be charged ($50.00) for appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or for no-shows. This fee is non-refundable.

5. Membership and Package Policies:

● Membership cancellations: Memberships are non-refundable, and any remaining services or benefits will be forfeited upon cancellation.

● Package expiration: Packages of services must be used within the specified time frame. No refunds will be provided for unused services after the expiration date.
